I called them on the telephone to schedule a ride believing that it was going to be a wheelchair access vehicle. After going through the process and signing up and everything and the conversation ended about 5 minutes after the call I realized, this may not be a wheelchair access vehicle. So I called them back and explained the situation I was transferred to a supervisor who (with attitude) canceled my ride and everything but I was not refunded the money ($30 or so I can't remember it wasn't a large amount) that I had paid t... read more

Called. They called an ***** I went to the library. Called when I was done. Hardly waited. By the time I got off the phone with GGP they were here. Excellent service
