One of the worst companies I have ever been involved with. If you enjoy being on hold for 30 or more minutes to speak with someone than this company is for you!!! I'm just trying to cancel my account because of the frustration and I've been on hold for 45 min. I found myself very disappointed with second ride to new employer. Three (3) drivers were sent to pick me (one person) up. These created a lot of confusion with end result of third last driver being the one in whose car I ended in, and therefore got to work late. My being late got me fired from new and only source of real living wage income. Extremely disappointing. My husband used their service and the other night the fraud and financial crimes department from **************** called to verify a charge to my husbands bank card they felt was fraudulent. The charge was for $269.00 and then another charge for $20.00. Both were fraudulent as my husband did not request GOGO GRANDPARENTS service. The bank stopped the charges from posting. This scares me for other Seniors who might not be aware this is happening to their bank accounts. BEWARE!!!

One of the services i used with Gogo grandparents was the **** ride. First of all, when I made a reservation on May 21 2025, they quoted me a price within $2 up or down then the ride was scheduled for May 23, Friday and what happened was when I connected to the operator on May 23 to finalize my trip, the operator said there was a small increase only by 3 or 4 dollars. Go Go Grandparent is more expensive than if I would book **** directly. I use it because my city subsidizes part of the fee. However, I have been billed several times for the whole fee without the subsidy applied. I have contacted them and it takes ***** days for them to look into the matter which is unacceptable. Meantime I continue to accrue high charges. Most seniors know how to book ride services directly.

Overall I have successfully been able to get to my destinations but I still am not totally satisfied with the service because many of those who drive DO NOT HAVE BASIC ENGLISH skills! I understand that these migrants need to work, but it is something I feel must be conveyed!
