The drivers seem to be totally dependent an **** even when it's sending them miles out of the way. My first call to GoGoGp** brought me a young driver who was very polite and personable (about a 12 minute wait, and he showed up right at the time I had requested. The car was very clean) but apparently didn't know how to get to the airport passenger terminal. This service is a fraud - they tell you they provide a concierge along with *********** they don't. You can make "reservations" but it is not a guaranteed ride so why do they charge a yearly fee? You are better off calling **** or Lyft direct - gogo provides absolutely no extra service to justify the yearly fee. They won't help getting in and out of buildings and literally provide zero service outside of a normal ****. U er direct would have better availability . This is a scam. I booked my trip and was quoted a price of about $19 if I signed up for the $29.99 monthly fee. When it came to my pick-up time, I got multiple text messages, each telling me the price had gone up, that they were trying to find a driver, and that the cost was now in the $40 range. The same thing happened on the ride back. This is a classic bait-and-switch.This company is not upfront about the way they charge an unsuspecting elderly person. I recently thought I signed up for a disabled person transport program through ****. I paid $245. for a year. I signed an application for this service. A brochure was sent to me 2 days ago from a company called Go Go Grandparent. I never heard of this company, but their brochure says that I was a member? I called them on the telephone to schedule a ride believing that it was going to be a wheelchair access vehicle. After going through the process and signing up and everything and the conversation ended about 5 minutes after the call I realized, this may not be a wheelchair access vehicle. I would absolutely not use this company!!! The drivers cant speak English. We had an elderly person get in the car with him. He got lost and was driving around a neighborhood. She was trying to get to our business. I tried to speak with him on her behave because she was so upset. I could not understand him at all. He couldn't even find her home to take her back!!! I joined GoGoGrandparent because I wanted to know in advance approximately how much my ride would cost. GoGo's estimate was $70 to $130.00 from *************, **********, ** to ********, 55 miles. I called GoGoGrandparent prior to the trip, and the service was excellent and also when I arrived to book my ride. Unfortunately, some of the details were not made clear until I took the ride. I have to give 1 star - I would rather give none. I reserved a ride 2 days ahead. Then the day of they called to say the ride is only called at that time. The ride was 20 minutes late. This ride was for my mother to go to her husband's funeral. She is at a rehab and only had 1 4 hour pass. When it came time to return, they called to say there was no driver available (even though I reserved 2 days ahead). When I asked why they even had reservations then, they couldn't answer. This company takes advantage of the elderly. My 90 year old mother with dementia was charged an annual fee for their service. When it appeared on her credit card as a pending charge, we immediately called and requested the charge be refunded and they refused. It took two phone calls and two hours of our time to realize how inflexible and uncaring they are.
