I cannot recommend this service. They left me waiting a numv=ber of times while they try to understand the request. Last nigh I spent almost 30 minutes waiting alone at an airport after nearly 24 hours of travel. I was tired and weak and vulnerable and their dispatcher was trying to find a "pin" to assign to a pick up. This wasn't the first time. The worse service I have ever had. Nothing was explained when I first started service and my boyfriend got left at the *********** that was 4miles away. Never will I use them again

Driver was 20 mins late, when we got to the airport we ended up in a construction area. The driver took me to delta *** pre check which I was not signed up for. By the time I got checked in ,got a wheel chair, got through *** I missed my flight Very unhappy

Terrible experience with this company,2 drivers cancelled, had to call and correct them for giving the wrong address information only to arrive late enough that I missed the entire appointment I was going to.Days later I found out that they had been attempting to make charges with my card, one adding up to almost 300 ********** card was blocked and resulted in me having to pay fees for a new card and having my old one shredded which I'm still getting texts that they are trying to get money from.
