Never use this service. I tried it for my 96-year-old father, who needed a ride to ************************. The driver left him three blocks from the location - the driver spoke no English and was not aware that my father has trouble hearing, seeing, and walking, which I told the dispatcher several times. This is not a safe service for older people. They do not provide what they promise. Their monthly fee program provides nothing. This company should be shut down

I signed up before I needed a one way ride. I chose to the every so often, fixed income. There was an option to get a estimate for the ride besides the monthly fee. It was over ***** to go 4.00 one way so I cancelled the ride and asked to cancel I was refunded that months fee after completing an exit survey. This is a scam. I am in ****** and no one ever told me it was based on US pricing. A 3 mile ride cost $38. Ridiculous. A regular **** is half the price. Save your money and find an alternative.

On Sep 16, 2025, after i realized i didn't need the service after signed up and within an hour i called to cancel. And they have told me it's closed and will refund me of $29.99 within 3 to 5 days. This is the third time i called and still did not receive my refund as of today Oct 13, 2025. Finally they connected me to a Supervisor and she promised a refund within 5 to 10 days. My first Go Go experience was terrible. They took forever to take my order, and the automatic system with voice listening misunderstood my order several times. Then, my ride was to a hospital appointment was 30 minutes late. In general, very stressful and unhappy experience.

My first ride request experience was the worst experience of my life! I called the phone number, requested my ride and the driver never showed up. When I called and spoke with a representative, they rescheduled my pick up and that driver never showed. Finally an hour and a half after requesting my ride, a driver showed up. I was totally late but thankfully the business owner waited for me. I'll never use this c*** ride service again and I recommend you avoid this company.
