Excellent customer service Taylor did an amazing job she is wonderful
A few years back I purchased a 2014 Nissan Juke and decided to purchase a Gold Standard extended warranty. I recently had to replace a lower fuel pump and was fortunate to have the extended service contract with Gold Standard. I am always impressed with their customer service, my claim adjuster Taylor was courteous and helpful! I have no regrets, It has covered several claims for me over the past 3 years. They do have specific procedures to follow and it can take a few hours for processing but well worth the wait.

I called in to check on an open claim I had through a local dealership. I spoke directly with Taylor, the claim adjuster assisting me with my repair. She was beyond helpful, Taylor was very clear with explaining the breakdown in pricing and what was covered. She also informed me that the dealership I currently had my car at was charging me a bit high for parts and labor compared to the local average. Impressively honest with their warranties! As a shop I really appreciated their quick response times, honesty, and professionalism. If you need to submit a claim ask for Taylor! The customer service person Jena, was excellent with her guidance and her answers in reference to my contract. She was very helpful and patient with my on interruptions and provided swift and detailed answers. She went over and beyond emailing a copy of my contract for my future questions in reference to my contractual coverage.
