My wife and I had an excellent experience with Adam and Melissa McGuire---they make a great team and I would highly recommend them. They negotiated a deal better than we even requested them. Can't say enough good things about them. Adam was great getting us the contracts to sign online, which was extremely convenient. I will use them again in any real estate purchases.

Melisa McGuire was a dream to work with. I appreciated her input and help finding me the perfect house. The guidance about not only selecting the right house for us but also considering the future if we were to ever sell the property was invaluable. Her assistant did not end with the sale and she has continued to be available as we have had questions. If we ever decide to move again Melisa will be the first person I call!

I worked with Adam and Melisa, these guys are top notch. I'd never bought a home before, so going into it I was expecting your typical 'car salesman' style of buying and selling that other friends and family members had always experienced with realtors. That, thankfully was not the case with these two. They immediately put me at ease, and were always available to answer questions I had, day or night. Wow! I would highly recommend Adam Graddy and Melissa McGuire. Their customer service is outstanding! They are very knowledgeable of the area and the process. Any time I had a question they responded professionally and quickly. All conversations were focused on helping me find the perfect home! I am very confident that all suggestions and negotiations were in my best interest. Amazing experience!

When my wife and I first decided to sell our current home and find new one, we didn't think we wanted to use a Realtor service, but ultimately decided to go with Adam and Melissa because they seemed honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I can begin to describe the excellence that comes out of Adam Grady's office. I worked with Melisa McGuire and she was AWESOME. She listened to what my husband and I said we were looking for and showed us exactly that. She was honest about properties, which I really appreciated. Adam helped us buy a home in the Springfield area. We are new to Missouri and had no idea where to start looking. He showed us many homes in Springfield and the surrounding areas and helped us get acquainted with where we might want to live.
