What an excellent Experience! Adam and his side kick Melissa McGuire are an amazing team together. We used them to sell our house in 2013 AND buy a new house in 2014 a year later. They both were attentive to our wants and needs at all time. Will recommend them to all my friends and family, they deserve it!

This is the 3rd time that Adam and his team of experienced realtors have helped me with buying/selling homes. Every step in the process was a breeze and you know that they have your best interest at heart. Selling a home can be stressful but with Adam and his team to negotiate and navigate the situation, it is all good. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Working with Adam has been a great experience. He knows his business and makes you feel taken care of. He knew what kind of house we were looking for and didn't waste our time showing us houses that were just so-so. Adam Grady and Melisa McGuire helped my wife and I find a great house in no time at all. We were living over 3 hours away, and could only visit the area sporadically. Adam is a fantastic realtor! He came highly recommended to us and has been there for us each step of the way. He actually entered our home to be featured on the Today Show. Adam helped us to sell our house. After a very poor experience with assist-to-sell, he came in and helped us to have some confidence in selling our house. His team was amazing in assisting to get our house sold and keeping communication very open. He was always very prompt with communication and apologized if he took longer than 30 minutes to get back to us. He was great and we will recommend him to anyone and if we sell our house again, he will be the one we contact.

A true pleasure to work with. The most important characteristic for me in a Real Estate agent is Honesty. I never once felt like Adam was trying to sell me something. He gave me honest, heartfelt advice throughout the process. He is prompt to return calls and made me feel like his only client.
