Adam knows the real estate business like no other. Every question I had he explained in detail for me to understand and to trust. You want to trust your agent and I had and will continue to have complete trust in Adam. Adam sold our house in a week for a great price and the closing was the smoothest I've ever had. Adam and Melissa were great to work with, I am so glad we chose them to help us buy our first house. Melissa was quick to respond and get us into the house we wanted which we were under contract within a few days and it became ours a little over a month later. She took care of everything all while making sure we were getting the best. Melissa is a pro at what she does and I will recommend her to everyone!

After being listed with another realtor for 6 months and not selling our house, we were referred to Adam by a friend. Adam 's choice of properties we visited was always close to what we were looking for. He screened our visits very well. He was very prompt. He also wasted no time and stayed in constant contact with my wife and I. He also was very respectful of the property owners we visited. He negotiated the price down on the house we purchased and arranged for the seller to fix most of the repairs the inspector found. He also arranged for the inspection.

While I did not have contact with Adam, I worked with Melisa McGuire who was patient and understanding of my families needs. We found Melisa by looking at a home, which after viewing would not match our needs, she offered for us to come back to her office and go over everything we were looking for, 2 weeks later we found the house that was everything we wanted and more. He was wonderful about answering all of our questions and worked hard to negotiate the contract to guarantee we received the highest dollar possible. Melisa made the entire house purchasing experience very easy and fast.
