I have worked with Adam to sell two and purchase one of my homes, he is absolutely the best realtor around and if we ever buy or sell another home, Adam will be the one we call. I have recommended his services to others and he went above and beyond to help a neighbor of mine sell their home. He is honest, accurate and definitely knows his business very well.

From start to finish it was a very easy process to work through on both the selling of our home and the purchase of a new home. Adam always worked from the perspective to take care of us, the seller/buyer, to get us the best deal possible. Very knowledgable in all areas of real estate which ultimately led us to the best situation possible for our family. No question that I would use Adam again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for an agent.

Adam was very realistic about our property, told us very candidly what to expect, listed the property, and within 3 weeks we had multiple showings, and then an offer. We had this property listed for over 2 years with no success. We highly recommend Adam and his Team.

Extremely professional, very personable, explained the Fannie Mae offer form which required additional paperwork. Very helpful in all aspects of real estate purchasing and in locating competent contractors to repair/replace items after the purchase of the house. Now, in 2016, he has once again helped us locate another rental house in a prompt manner. The team of Adam and Melisa is outstanding!

Adam and his buyers agent, Melisa McGuire were absolutely AMAZING during the sale of our home!!! They were so knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. They got us an asking price offer BEFORE we even had a "For Sale" sign in our front yard!!! This was, by far, the easiest and smoothest home sale that I have ever experienced and I would not even consider using any other agent after working with Adam and Melisa; they are my real estate team! A+ service the whole way!

Was introduced to Adam Graddy by a builder and initially it sounded like they were honest and responsive. That was certainly an act. We tried to work with him to build a house but after about a week, he wouldn't return phone calls or email. So, if you want a person in a service industry who provides absolutely no service, he's your guy. Otherwise, there are a multitude of other realtors that will actually help you find a home and communicate with you. Avoid this guy like the plague.
