I used Kari Wyrsch and the rest of Adam Graddy's team to sell my cabin in Branson West. I worked with two agents before Kari and she was the only one who was able to get it done. Kari also sold my daughter's house within 24 hours of it getting listed. The marketing seems to reach all over which definitely helped get both houses sold so quickly. They have won over my lifetime business and I cannot say enough good things about the team.

Professional, responsive and great follow through. I have dealt with numerous real estate companies in the past. Adam Graddy's team is the best I have worked with over the years. That includes several out of state agencies. Without a hesitation I would strongly recommend Graddy Real Estate. Honesty, knowledge, and support are just a few of the attributes I would use to describe Adam's team.

Very thankful for our experience with the Graddy team. Colton Moos was great to work with, along with Ali, Kari, and Ashley. A variety of people to assist with anything you may encounter! We would definitely recommend for buying and selling!

I started off with a different company that wanted me to do all the foot work. I was skeptical as I was already let down once. I can tell you one thing, this company will do it all for you. It was so easy, open shut kind of deal. I was always brought up to date on any changes that needed to be made as soon as they knew. I would recommend anyone to this company for any housing needs. I recently sold a 10+ acre parcel using Adam Graddy and his team. I have used Graddy Real Estate in the past relative to home sales and wondered if the experience would be as good when it just involved a parcel of open land with a potential sale price of only $50K. Adam and his team do an amazing job. He helped us with the purchase of a vacant lot to build a custom home. He then helped us with the sale of that home for the listing price after it had been on the market for less than a week. I cannot think of another realtor in the Ozarks with more dedication and who works harder for his clients. I would not hesitate to turn to Adam for any residential real estate transaction.

Kari has been a gift in the home buying process. She is wildly talented and looks after my needs and wants. She is consultative and has been very patient during my specialty search. Particularly when the house inventory is low, you want a realtor that is paying attention, knows what you want and don't want, and is both proactive and responsive. Kari is all these things. I totally recommend her and her team.
