I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the fact that the grounds, elevator and hallways always look neat and well cared for at all times. I also appreciate the quick service whenever an issue arises. And last but not least, I always feel safe and secure.

This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a quiet community with beautifully landscaped grounds and buildings that are well kept both inside and out. All visitors to my apartment have had nothing but praise for everything they saw here. They all agree with me that this is one of the best communities in Charlotte, NC and would happily move in if and when the need arises.

Excellent community I have lived in this neighborhood 2 years and couldn't be happier. It's fairly quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the staff and maintenance crew are amazing. I moved here from Indiana and was looking for a place to make me comfortable with zero stress.... This was my place!
