The apartments and... (Verified Renter) The apartments and community are great except for the price. I'm sure you have turnover every 3-4 years because you raise the price too high over that period of time. Also, the after hours courtesy officer is terrible. He takes over an hour to respond and at noise cut off time he says "It's only a few minutes after 10:00pm... give them a few minutes to settle down, then I'm sure they'll turn off their music..." That is unacceptable!

I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend this apartment community, due to the fact it is conveniently located to all stores/highways/etc. and I can reach them with ease. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and overall I feel extremely safe.

The Office Staff... (Verified Renter) The Office Staff was friendly and accommodating as best they could be. The location of the apartments are within walking distance to almost anything you wanted. The style of the apartment was nice and updated, the neighbors were super friendly.
Overall community/ buildings... (Verified Renter) Overall community/ buildings could be better maintained. Better enforcement of residents leaving trash/ trashcans in hallways for an extended period.
I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this complex and I have been here for almost 3 years now. No complaints, love it here and love the staff. Maintenance is timely and has great service!
