This was my... (Verified Renter) This was my first apartment moving from Alabama to charlotte. I was very satisfied with everything. I hated to leave and again, only did so for the uptown scene.
Can be noisy... (Verified Renter) Can be noisy from train and plane. Can hear neighbors above walking. Apartment is not inexpensive. Do not care for appliances, very low level that are not great. Would recommend the central location, friendly staff. Elevator and washer dryer included is nice. So is ability to rent a garage.

This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a quiet community with beautifully landscaped grounds and buildings that are well kept both inside and out. All visitors to my apartment have had nothing but praise for everything they saw here. They all agree with me that this is one of the best communities in Charlotte, NC and would happily move in if and when the need arises.

Excellent community I have lived in this neighborhood 2 years and couldn't be happier. It's fairly quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the staff and maintenance crew are amazing. I moved here from Indiana and was looking for a place to make me comfortable with zero stress.... This was my place!
