Great location pool was great! The mattress were not very comfortable. No room service. The location & the pool was beautiful and relaxing.
Good Fridge would go off and on. No cleaning service because Covid-19. You have to pay for parking. Parking, as a guest. Crazy. 20 a day. Air conditioner is old but worked. Rooms are ok, need to be updated. Walls are thin could hear everything. Very close to Disneyland. Close to food locations.
It worked but wasn't an exceptional experience The rooms weren't as nice as on the website. The restaurant up on the top was not accessible. The elevator was out and weren't able to make reservations. We wanted to pay for parking on Sunday as we weren't leaving until about 2:00. I called the night before to try and get the parking. They said that I had to wait until the next day. I went into the office at 8:00 am and they only had one space and we paid for two rooms. We liked the location
Wonderful Parking was a tight, and there were cars that were almost double parked in some stalls, management should walk around and make sure cars are correctly parked. Short walk to Disneyland & lots of restaurants near by, staff was very friendly and attentive.

Exceptional They tell you last minute about a parking fee per night that will be added. Also, if your planing to go to the parks on your check out day, you have to move your vehicle to another parking lot now. Before you could leave it there till midnight on your check out day. This hotel is close to Disneyland and California adventure, about a 5-10 min walk to the main gate. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and an outdoor mall as well.
Nice place to stay! The bathroom was a little old looking and the rooms are really small Very close to Disneyland. The pool was nice and clean.
