Disney Trip I got a conjoining room and it was small for the price I paid. But room was clean and beds were comfy! Location and staff! Also The Fifth is always on point!
Good The AC was definitely disappointing. It was very loud. It would not stay on long enough to cool the room down. We tried different settings with no luck of really cooling it down. When it did cool down enough to get comfortable, it was hard to sleep because of how loud it was. There was also some black ants in the restroom. Exceptional
Great customer service The rooms were not ready at check in. Other guests were having trouble checking in because of this reason. Staff was backed up on their work load but they were trying their best to get everyone in to their rooms as soon as possible. They had a positive attitude and were very apologetic for the inconvenience.
It was nice now we know what to expect next time if we stay there again. Description of how many can really be slept in the room. When we booked room it stated it slept 5. But upon arrival it only slept 4. Went to front desk they stated we could upgrade to a suite but warned us it was noisy due to restaurant above room or bring in a roll away. Had them bring in roll away that took up most the walking room and was uncomfortable .
Wonderful Clean, modern-looking, comfortable beds. Super close to the parks, which was a huge plus for my mom and toddler!

Thin walls The walls seemed extremely thin, we could hear everyone walking past the room, it sounded like they were yelling. I could hear the room next to us watching a basketball game and crumbling bags and cans. The room had a weird smell to it, especially the bathroom. The room also seemed a bit muggy even with the AC turned up. It was close to the parks, which is why we picked it. Check out was at 12 which was nice, alot of hotels its at 11, so we got to go to downtown disney before leaving.
