Very comfortable! It felt very clean, especially regarding the pandemic precautions. We liked the location, the cleanliness of the room and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Pleasant I didn’t like how the security or police officer came in the room very rude asking everyone to come out the restrooms & entering the rooms which is invading our privacy somebody could’ve been changing in the room while he abruptly came in. If we were loud he could of just told us to tone it down however he was very aggressive and rude. I liked how the property was spacious and comfortable.

Wonderful Everything was good We enjoyed the location, also the friendly staff.
Wonderful The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean but the beds are not the most comfortable. It’s a great place overall and close to everything Disney.

My stay was very relaxing and comfortable great place to stay Perfect location room was very clean and comfortable would definitely recommend
Exceptional Couple of things I didn't like....the clean part.....because I found crums from previous people that stayed in the room before....and found finger nails (I hope it was that) on the floor ....that was disgusting to find....and last ....the room needed more warm blankets....just in case..... I like the service from the front desk...it was amazing.
0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend The staff was rude. Was told at check in that they don’t clean the rooms unless asked. Then proceeded to tell me that unless I put the occupied door hanger on the outside of my door that the cleaning staff sometimes likes to go in the rooms and look around. It made no sense and made me very uncomfortable. It was me and my young daughter visiting. I was asked whether or not I would like a topper bottom floor when I asked if there was an elevator to get to the top floor, they said yes and so I ag... read more
