Will definitely give it another chance, overall good. While the room was extremely clean, it had an overwhelming cleaner smell, I appreciated that at first but my nose never got used to it and it made me feel sick to my stomach as I tried to sleep. The smell didn't bother my family. The beds are extremely firm. We had a preferred queen room and were on the top floor in the back of the hotel and could hear A LOT of road noise at night. Simple, easy. Will be our go-to when visiting Disneyland The hot water shower was sparse. The remote batteries were leaking in the remote so we asked for a replacement hitch came quick. The location is great for because it is on the same block as the park entrances. Room was big for 4 people with an extra table for items. There was a microwave and fridge in the room.

Very Good We did not like the mattresses, thought they were very uncomfortable. I thought the staff could have been more amicable when asked questions. I understand we are in the midst of COVID, and certain things cannot be done, but I thought water bottles should of still been provided for the rooms and pre-packaged breakfast items for the morning to offer guests. The location was great short walking distance to the park and to the garden walk. The pool was also very nice- my son loved the splash pad. Very clean.
