Overall not a bad place to stay. The day we had house keeping come in our door was left open until we got back around 9:30pm. A quick walk to the Disney and California adventure park.
Good 3泊して2日目の朝にチップを置き忘れたせいか、3日目の清掃とタオル交換すらされいなかった。(2日目は清掃されていた。)ただ3日目はチップを置いたし、一度ホテルに戻ったときに清掃されておらず、清掃員がいたので直接お願いしましたが。 ロケーションが良かった。
ロケーション以外はそこそこ・・・ 外廊下を歩く音やスーツケースを引く音がとてもうるさい。部屋のドアもすごい勢いで大きな音を立てて閉まるので隣の部屋からも大きな音が響いてきました。 ロケーションは最高でした。ベッドも大きくて168センチが二人で寝ても大丈夫でした。バスタブもありフライトやディズニーでの疲れをとるにはよかったです。
Location was great, clean, and short walk from Disneyland. Only issue was the tendants that were next door, very inconsi Property was great, it was the new room tendants we had on our last days there. Very rude, didn’t consider the rooms next to them. They had music playing at early hours and always wanted to open the connecting door to our rooms and kids constantly knocking on it trying to open it. The location was great, not to far from Disneyland
Good location but lacks character Impersonal Location to Disney
Disappointing We weren't greeted upon arrival. We had to speak up to get attention. Walls are super thin. We were woken up by neighbors and walking walking in the room above us. Housekeeping just left towels are our bed. She didn't make the bed or clean the room at all. Roof top restaurant is amazing! But it's not affiliated with the hotel so you don't need to be a guest to visit and you can't put your bill on the room.
Great location, mid rooms The rooms were just okay. Very thin blankets on the beds. There was a large gap in the bottom of the door, the walls were super thin, and the bathtub plug was broken. I had to call maintenance, who did come and fix it. The location, pool, and hot tub were awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful.
Not staying here again Room was dirty and housekeeping did not make beds, remove dirty towels, vacuum, or clean at all during stay. The only thing they did was empty trash bins, leaving some trash on the floor, and leave 2 new towels. The coffee maker was filthy when we got there, with coffee grounds all over the inside, this also wasn't cleaned during the stay. Also, the room smelled Good location
Still would recommend this facility and location Hotel ac unit would not stay continuously on and the drain in the sink was very slow. We had to remove the stopper so the water would drain and then the sink has a foul smell Location, staff
