Good La puerta del baño no cerraba. Pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que estaban full. Nos enviaron una persona a repararlo y no pudo hacerlo. Eramos 4 adultos en la habitación y en el afán de tener privacidad en el baño un huésped cerró la puerta y luego no se podía abrir (era corrediza y cerraba hasta la mitad normalmente y luego con extremada fuerza) estuvimos un largo rato desde afuera y desde adentro haciendo fuerza hasta poder abrir ya que no tenía manija. My stay was good other than the cleanliness of the room it was very well There was some mold inside the bathroom that was not pleasant and some areas in the room not cleaned up very well It was very close to the Disneyland park only 5 min away and I liked that very much

Good We were on the third floor and only 1 elevator worked, the other two was not in service. LONG HAUL!!!!!! clean--close to disney

Fair Room was in disrepair. Main door was hard to close with an under door draft. Bathroom pocket door was difficult to open and close. In need of updating. Location

Great location Rooms with interconnected doors are too noisy. We had to pack up and move for the 2nd and 3rd night as we got minimal sleep due to a loud neighbour. The stay were very accommodating Location to Disney

Décevant mais bien situé. Très bruyant. ! On entend les voisins, on entend les gens qui passe devant la chambre et le pire ce sont les femmes de ménages très tôt qui parlent fort est tapent dans les portes. Chambre simple et lit assez peu confortable. Ascenseur en panne. Très bon emplacement près des parcs, accessible à pied avec des restaurants autour

Fair We hated the fact we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs every time we wanted to leave the room because all the elevators weren't working. I wish we were notified before so we could have made other arrangements. It really put a damper on our trip. My daughter was extremely tired and exhausted after doing the Disneyland parade, and having to climb all the stairs kinda took the fun away from Disney.
