Get directionsPoor management Noise came through the window, people passing by with suitcases seemed like throughout the night. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Management refused to let me book another night at the rate I had purchased the two other precious nights despite Booking.com contacting them. Room was clean and served it’s purpose, a clean and comfortable place to sleep.
Fair value and close to Disneyland The bed was very uncomfortable. The curtains don't keep the light out. The walls are thin. We had what look like mold on our shower ceiling. Called the front desk a few times for items for our room since covid doesn't allow daily cleaning and communication wasn't up to par because everytime items were brought to our room it wasn't in the quantity we asked for or items weren't even brought. Poor Close to Disneyland Roches in the room and rude staff
Bed bugs I was bit up by bed bugs the first night I am 6 months pregnant and woke up to my neck bitten up It was close to Disneyland but wish I would’ve stayed in another hotel close by
