Poor Cleanliness, restroom smelled like sewer water. Sheets had caca on it. Horrible How close it was to Disneyland
Location is the real winning factor for this place. Cleanliness not so much. This was basic motel status. We wiped down the room when we arrived and it was still dirty which Im probably more sensitive to in these Covid times. The carpet was filthy. Just really gross. The elevator closest to our room wasn't working and after a few days of walking 5-10 miles we were really wishing that elevator worked! Ok, if it was under $200 like many adjacent hotels. Not worth the price. Paying for parking after paying $300 for a hotel and many neighboring properties include parking. The rooms were small, and much smaller than many other Harbor Blvd hotels. Not very nice for what we were hoping to be a top tier hotel, obviously a renovated old motel. No parking the next day for our Disneyland, no discount for parking in the Gardenwalk like other Harbor Blvd hotels offer. It was an ok experience . Not friendly staff especially the receptionists. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone. Close proximity /walking distance to disneyland.
DO NOT Stay HERE!!!!!! Where to begin... I booked the 3 room suite. I double checked with Booking.com on my reservation and they stated that yes I had that room. Well I get there to check in and guess what I don’t get the suite because they over booked. I am then put in two standard rooms at the back of the property. I was told our rooms will be ready at 3:00 and that they would call me as soon as they were ready. so we head to the pool to hang out but can’t change because the pool has no bathrooms! Fair Front desk was rude. Like we were interrupting him. Charges extra $17 per day to park your car. Should be park of reservation. Where else am I supposed to park safely?
Fine place to stay to get to and from Disney quickly but def could use some updates. Room we were assigned was not cleaned so had to walk all the way back to lobby to fix. No one told us rooms weren’t cleaned each day. Had to call for fresh towels each night and took 45 minutes to deliver - did not always come with wash cloths. Had to call back after 40 mins and ask again. We’re told they were “out” of washcloths. Door has is not straight so gaping hole between frame and door which is bizarre. Great location, great staff, room was well below average. The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable and the room had a slight musty odor. the a/c unit was dilapidated and probably needed to be serviced. The staff were very friendly and quick to bring towels or other toiletries. Great attitudes.
Fair There was no shower curtain in our bathroom, no coffee creamer or sugar but a coffee maker, no breakfast, just seemed very cheap especially for the price we paid. And the sink water stinked. That it was across the street from the park and it had AC, fridge and microwave.
