Get directionsAvoid Horrible excuse for customer service We will be reviewing this hotel on our YouTube channel “Romero Family Fun Challenge“ the lack of accommodations for emergencies and the poor customer services at Booking.com
Poor They still aren’t providing housekeeping. You can’t get clean towels. Garbage was piled up in cans all around the hotel. The hotel was packed to parking was a nightmare. Rates did not reflect lack of housekeeping or lack of cleanliness. Parking is 17.00 additional per day on top of rates. Close proximity to park
Overall underwhelming and a disappointment Hotel didn't respond to problems after being notified. The fridge didn't work in our room, I reported it to the front desk and called. It wasn't fixed. 3 afternoons there were no towels at pool. Room key didn't work forcing you to walk back to lobby multiple times. Maintenance finally fixed it on day 3 thouhh. Staff smiles and says "we'll tske care of it" but doesn't. Location was great
Fair You can hear everything. Not quiet. Could hear conversations next door with ease. Also mat problem. Think they are coming up from the sink or something. Location
Fair I paid extra for a jacuzzi bath tub and the jets didn’t even work. Parking was almost impossible even tho we had paid for it. I liked that it was close to Disney
Worst experience EVER We had cockroaches in our bed It was close to Disneyland

Fair The beds only had sheets on them, the ac wouldn't get freezing cold and wouldn't stay at a normal temperature, we went to make coffee in the morning before heading to Disneyland and the coffee machine didn't work. Location was great across the street from Disneyland
Fair I was given a room at the very back of the property and the room was a bit dirty and I was not happy with the location as I was a solo female traveler and there seemed to be some shenanigans and just some very loud occupants. I called and asked to be moved and if they had any rooms available in the main building as I would feel much safer. I was told no and they moved me exactly 4 doors down from my current room. I was even willing to pay for an upgrade if needed. But was told no. I just think they could have been just ... read more
