Jackie was outstanding. He made things happen. If I could give him more stars I definitely would put more! Now the finance department doesn't understand the word "No." No add on's, options are not mandatory to purchase a vehicle. Alejandro didn't like my answer so he called Melissa. Told her the same thing and she said we're going to investigate if your insurance has GAP. Come on who says those things.
