Summer Wheeler was my sales associate. Very friendly and helpful despite being new at the dealership and Ford. Great selection of Broncos on the day I was there. Process to buy a car takes WAY too long. I have closed on houses in way less time.

Lawrence put me in touch with Parker and the experience was too tier. Listen to what I wanted and I’m specific needs for what I wanted and how I wanted my note to be. Never tried to hard sell me and I felt I could leave when I wanted. The whole process was smooth and I even got a way better rate. 10/10 experience for my first brand new truck!

Parker was understanding and very professional in each and every step. We originally contacted him after seeing some of the 2025 Exlplorer adds and he took it from there. Only issue was with finance matching the original paperwork. Needs assistance in full disclosure. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Grand Prairie Ford
