I had a really great experience. Any house I wanted to see he set it up a time to go see it the next day. I was able to text and call him anytime even after work hours at night and still get a response almost immediately.

Tom knew the area well and promptly followed up whenever we had questions about properties. He set up tours very quickly and walked us through potential loan options for different properties.
