Tom got be an offer above asking and was absolutely indispensable for the entire sale process, it would not have gotten done without him. I would highly recommend him for buying and selling anything in the minneapolis area.
Our experience was great! Rose really went above and beyond to guide us through our first-time home buying process. She was willing to do several day trips across county lines to tour homes outside of the Twin Cities. She was a blast to work with and helped our buying experience be as smooth as it could be, especially in this fast competitive market!
Rosie was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were buying a home with in laws so she had the opinions and anxieties of four different first time homebuyers to balance in the process. We were also looking in two different cities an hour apart and she always made time for showings. She was even willing to schedule multiple showings in both cities on the same day. We closed within six weeks of starting our house hunt! We are so happy with our new home and we couldn't have done it without her.
Caroline is the most professional, determined, and amazing realtor we could’ve ask for. Tom was a huge help from beginning until the end. He was always available whenever I needed, he is very knowledgeable about the homes we looked at and the rules and regulations of real estate. If he felt like something was a miss, he wasn’t afraid to tell me so. I felt like Tom truly cared about me getting the best house for me and my daughter. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family.
Caroline was always on top of her game when it came to showing homes and figuring out what would work best for me. She always had new ideas for every home we looked at so i could make it my own, and when i finally did find a home i loved, she helped me clean it! She was more than flexible with both of our crazy schedules and made the process simple for me being a first time home owner.

We decided to have a home built on land that we chose. The process we used allowed us to buy the finished home- Caroline was vital to this project.
