Caroline was amazing to work with and was always on top of things. She was very helpful in finding me my perfect home to purchase based on what we talked about. Thom was great. We only gave him limited cities to where we would be interested in buying/building a new home. He found us the perfect lot in the city we wanted, which in turn we built a great house with the builder that he works with. We old our existing home during the first full day of showings and we got a great price for it. Whenever we had a question, he responded within minutes. Caroline helped us sell our home and build our current home. She was very positive with showings when we were selling, and this was at the start of the pandemic. When we were in the process of building she kept up to date with what was going on with the build and helped deal with any confrontations that arose when there was a delay in the process. This helped me and my husband with taking the mental stress off of us. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to.
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable in her field & friendly. Hardworking & wants the best for her clients. Viewed a handful of houses in the neighborhood near our current home we are renting. She is patient with clients who do not fully understand the process and paperwork. She takes precaution very well in times of covid with wearing a facemask and rubber gloves and providing sanitary supplies to clients if needed. She is mindful and has attention to detail when showing homes to clients.
Adrianna rules! As first time homebuyers, she helped us through the entire process and actually made it fun and not terrifying. Our financial parameters were pretty tight but Adrianna worked within our limitations and helped us find the coolest house we could buy. Would very much recommend her.
