We are first time home buyers who did not necessarily know the entire process. Any time we had an answer for us. Definitely first time buyer friendly. She found us a house that was not even on the list that we were interested in initially and was perfect based on what she knew we wanted. She toured close to 20 houses with us until we found what exactly we were looking. Walked us through the process and was also safety minded as this was durring the peak of covid in the winter.
Caroline is a Realtor Extraordinaire to me. Our likes and dislikes in a condo were entered into the computer. She followed them only sending us those that met our qualifications. Once she physically started showing us our selections (we chose 3), she relayed the features, allowing us to walk freely, and gave my husband and I private discussion time. Caroline is an excellent realtor. I was able to purchase a condo with her. She email me all available condos for sale until I found the one just right for me. I highly recommend her when looking to buy. Plus she left many housewarming gifts for us. Nice touch!
