Katie Jesulaitis did such a fantastic job helping me with a new car purchase yesterday. I hadn't made up my mind on the particular model I wanted and she was really good at walking me through the features of the two I was considering. Then, when I really wanted a configuration they didn't have on their lot, she helped me find the exact perfect car! The experience was lengthy - silly me for car shopping on a Friday night that also happened to be the last day of the month and the quarter - but they took great care of me!!
