Oil change didn't take too long for a walk in.
Fixed the issue that was a problem
There are 2 reasons why I continue to own a Black Label Lincoln Navigator: My Service Advisor Heath Thimons and my salesperson Sandy Smith. The 2024 Navigator is more reliable than the 2021, yet the 2024 has issues. The display sometimes reads the U-turn in the opposite direction. It eats batteries. Sometimes the battery lasts 3 months. And there are occasional recalls, like the leaking brake line. Additionally, as a Black Label owner, a loaner car is supposed to be available to me. This rarely happens.
