RecommendedGriffin helped us purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer on Saturday. He was excellent! Someone purchased the car that we were coming to look at right as we got there but Griffin went out of his way to get us in something better! Took my vehicle to Grapevine Ford late in the afternoon because I had a slow leak in my tire. They got it right in and fixed it. Even washed and vacuum my vehicle since it was dirty and no cost to me. Love Grapevine Ford.

My experience at Grapevine Ford was great! Ty was awesome to work with. I was coming from out of town to look at a used truck and he was waiting for me when I got there. The entire process went very smooth and pretty fast. I'll definitely be looking here again next time I need another vehicle.

These guys are fantastic. I was floored by their customer service. I went into buying thinking they were going to try and rip me off. It was quite the opposite. They sold me a great pre owned car for a great price. If you are looking to buy a pre owned car go see Ty Young. He was professional, courteous, and a genuine person. He made the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to him next time I buy a car. Can't recommend him enough.
I am glad to never have to deal with Mike the finance guy again. I could tell he was fed up with my mom and I when we wouldn't take the super high interest rate he was trying to push off on me and saying that I couldn't do better. He finally checked with Chase once I was about to walk out the door to secure my own financing. He was also really pushy about buying an extended warranty. Ty on the other hand was wonderful! Why is it that car buying is considered one of the most uncomfortable experiences next to the dentist? My wife and I stopped by yesterday to look at an Escape to replace her 2014 Honda Accord.
