Why service rep, Anthony, did a great job. Took care of everything and even got me a Lyft driver to let me go have a meal while the service was being taken care of. Great Job!
My service advisor Heath Timmons always provides great service and continuity.
Everything was basically ok. Few issues with transportation, but they were resolved.

Pickup & delivery of my Nautilus was outstanding. I assume the desired maintenance was performed. The brakes still occasional squeal. If Nautilus was washed it was a half assed job. It was not vacuumed!
