Service rep Eli was great. Ford corporate has a massive problem their hands with the 10R80 transmission and they know it. Mine failed at 59k miles and just 3 months out of warranty the well known CDF drum failure. Grapevine Ford helped me navigate the Ford Corp customer care process to get some relief and did a terrific job on the work.
Scott in the service department took care of us immediately without a scheduled appointment. Excellent service! We had to wait for a rental car but that was understandable. We've always carried a warranty bumper to bumper which is very beneficial. Thank you, Scott and Ford.
