I arrived for my appointment and was greeted immediately and checked in. They were going to do a complete service, recall, and detail. I had a ride home there in less than five minutes. What was expected to be two or three days depending on parts was done that evening. My ride was there on time and returned me to the dealership pronto. Took my truck in for an oil change and Zaktek. All was good with that but the car wash scratched the plastic on both sides of the truck between the front and back windows by the car wash brushes. Took the truck back in before the doors opened a couple days later so they could assess the damage. Wasn't until the following day I was told it could be buffed out. Something needs to be done with the car wash and the scratches the brushes make.
