The guy at the counter was very friendly and worked to get my oil change. But on the other hand I call the service number and they told me it was about hour wait to get it changed I ask if that was correct because every time I go they tell me it will 3 hrs. And I want to call me and let me know. They said they send a email and someone call me back. I wait two hours and no one called so I went over there. When I got there they told me three hours.
