Really great experience Dare I say a semi-honest dealership? Paul helped me buy an Arcadia, and he was fairly new. He did not know all the answers but found them instead of trying to be a know it all. I told them my situation and what I wanted and they helped me get it without trying to up sell me or push me.

Great Experience from start to fonish Buying a new vehicle is a process and can be intimidating at times. My experience with Grapevine Ford was excellent from start to finish. My sales guy Paul took great care of all my concerns and made the purchasing experience a joy. I would definitely recommend Grapevine Ford and purchase another vehicle from them again.

Great group of people. I hate buying cars and I don’t really like being sold. I would not call myself easy to deal with when buying cars. These guys at Grapevine Ford made it seamless and easy to get in, educate on the details, compromise where they can, and got me out. From Ryan and Paul to Garry in financing, awesome guys and very knowledgeable/professional. I would definitely go back to buy my next truck.

Great dealership! Our sales person, Blane, and the finance team were awesome. Have bought lots of new cars over the years, and this is the first time we felt like we were dealing with real people and not being pushed. It was also an easy process and moved quickly once we made up our mind. Great team. Really enjoyed working with them.
