This job was done in 2 days. I had 3 large windows in my Living Room and Dining room that were aluminum and terrible on conserving energy. The Gravina's came to my house, took measurements and gave me a bid - and it was lower than 2 other Window companies and better products. Work was done as soon as the windows & door arrived. I want them back to put in a new door in my upstairs office - which means removing a window and replacing with a door to my new deck. I wish they built decks, because I need that also. installation went very well and I was able to work in my office while work was being carried out. There was a minor issue with installation of one of the windows and the painters could not finish their job without the trim correction. One of the workers was sent out to correct the issue to everyone's satisfaction and the painters were able to return and finish up. replace windows south side of home, sun room & home office
It was really pretty seamless. It took longer to get all the windows and the door from the factory than they originally expected but once everything was here, the teams worked hard to get the installation completed. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up as they went to avoid messes left behind. The entire company has been responsive and easy to work with. Called, set an appt. On that day Jim Gravina, son(Josh) and daughter (Chrissy) were out together on an assignment so they all came by for my appointment. They reviewed the previous door that was broken in and offered a new security door that was much, much better. They had our door installed in a weeks time.
