unknown Replaced all 11 windows and 2 sliding patio doors using Marvin Infinity windows. This included replacing the oak trim around the window and new oak framing. Quality of work was superb. Staining of the Oak and the faux wood inside the windows was blended to match the existing oak trim in the house. My only complaint, was needing to follow up on order status and start times for the installation. All in all, if that was performed a little more proactively, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

WOW ......wish the whole world could see our newkitchen window !!!!! The old 3 piece window was completely punctured and a wooden blind was permanently covering this ugly window formany years. When the new window was put in place, it was obvious that it was an awkward fit for the window hole. But no worries at all.As usual, Gravina had a solution.Not only did we get a gorgeous window but also a custom built beautiful window ledge. What a terrific experience! We have used Gravina's twice before and have each time enjoyed exceptional satisfaction. This time was no different. The project took about a week to complete. Jim (the owner) stopped by four times to check the progress. The install team (Mike, Beau and Alex) were professional, courteous and committed to doing the job perfectly. It went well. The installer(s) took care to put down floor cover to protect my flooring during installation, vacuumed And cleaned up the debris. My old windows were uninstalled and taken away and that was a tough process in itself since every old window casing held double Windows! All my heavy wood blinds were taken down by the provider as well, and reinstalled once the new windows were in and finished. I have new sills also, and the workmanship is great. Because of the double patio doors, the provider had to do minor constr... read more
