Jason called late on a Sunday afternoon, and he asked that I travel to Sandy Springs even though I had told him I had been looking all day and was tired. I told him that I would not be able to come into Sandy Springs for a couple of days at best. He then emailed me the next day saying he was looking forward to meeting me that evening. The interaction was annoying, because the initial contact was delayed, and the original car I inquired about had already sold.
Dealer called but I missed the call. Sales person sent emails.
Unprofessional. Unprepared to show vehicle knowing I was driving 3hours to see it. Way lowball on trade
I spoke with them the night before but I live too far away to have been able to make it before they closed, so they made an appointment for me to come the next day. I called ahead and told them I was coming to write them a check, and that was 3 hours before my appointment. Sales person contacted me for information and I had to call him back days later to follow up and ask if he gave up on me. He asked for more info and I never heard from him again. Sorry dealer! Stay away from them cause they don't take your inquiry serious
Test drove FRS too many fees no negotiation or flexibility in price would not consider dealership for puchase

Got there & all cars were ridiculously marked up (so when they finally give you the price online you feel like it's a bargain) Really ride you the entire visit. & kept lying about what they purchased for & what they buy etc, not knowing I come from a backing of auctions & dealing etc. Waste of time on a beautiful day.
I went to view a vehicle. Called back to purchase vehicle. They stated that vehicle was out for inspection. Never received a call back on the status of the vehicle.
