Called about seeing the VW Beetle. Spoke with Finance Manager. When I got there I was turned over to a salesman (which was fine) except the salesman knew nothing about the vehicle. I had to ask him to crank it up for me. Not once to he offer me a test drive but was really eager to sale me the car.
Dealer wouldn't hold car for me for 24 hrs to get the check and drive a 150 miles then said they would hold it then got a call back at 10:45 on Friday night said they just sold it not a good way of doing business not to mention all there fees like window etichin a 750.00 fee And would not drop it because I was told since I was not getting the vehicle financed there it was there way of making money so they price the cars low on line then make it up in hidden fees like 699 doc fee Just would never recommend this dealer ship
Be careful purchasing from this dealership. Be wary of how the sales people at this dealership may try to sneak extra costs into the deal. I don't recommend this dealer.
this dealer did contact me. he was suppsed to send me a link to preview the carfax on this vehicle but did not follow through.
The man who I spoke to wouldn't help me over the phone and lectured me about how I needed to drive the car first. He was rude to me because he thought I wasn't a serious buyer but I bought a car the next day from someone else. I would never buy a car from someone who speaks to customers the way he did me!
This place was rude as hell. We drove 2 hours to test drive a vehicle and when we arrived we didn't know they had it on the showroom floor. Needless to say they were busy with other customers so one individual came up to us and as we were talking and inquiring about the car he starts to cut the conversation short and assumed we didn't have the funds to pay for it. Responded; but, sold the car while we was working on me purchasing it.
The nissan altima was very ragedy. Checkin engine light came on while i was test driving it and the guy lied and said it was the tire pressure. Then when i returned to the office another guy said it was the catalytic converter. This car should not be forsale. The salesmen were very aggressive and rude after i said i did not want to purchase it. Do not ever purchase a car from them.
Kept me unnecessary waiting to speak to the BOSS. Extra low balled me on Trade In value.
