Went to view a truck at their lot and couldn't find any parking, their price was $2,000 over the price listed on car guru and would not negotiate at all on the price. Once I said I wanted to sleep on it so I could determine if I really needed the truck the attitudes changed and they became very pushy to make me buy the truck right there. I most likely will not be returning to this dealership.
Unpleasant, I called the salesman and asked him to look at the SUV and describe the condition. He responded and told me that it was in normal condition for a 2013. I called him back the next day and told him I would come to look at it, the exterior handle on the passenger rear was almost pulled off, the driver side arm rest was torn off in the middle, the tires were in poor condition and it wasn't clean, it didn't match the pictures displayed on the website. Very unprofessional. The car was on E. They would not put gas in the car. The key fob is suppose to be remote start I got standard key. They did not even have time for a good detail said bring it back during the week it's to busy right now. They suck if you are looking at any of the Gravity lots stop don't do it run. They get 5 trash bags
We were told this car was in pristine condition with no dents, dings, or scratches. We drove over an hour to look at it and it has three large dents/dings.
They responded to my inquiry by inviting me to come in for a test drive. However, when I asked questions about the car, no one ever replied. I guess the car was already sold. It would have been pointless to drive 45 minutes only to be told that.
The car was not ready to test drive. I drove a long way and was very disappointed.
They sent a generated email only
While I was waiting on Finance, they allow another person test the car I was waiting to purchase. Then, they clam I was not finance to buy that car, but they sold me another car that was $10,000 more than what I wanted to spend. I got sucker into agreeing, then later the next day I wanted to bring the car back because I changed my mine, they really gave me a hard time and told me I could not do it.
Traded my 2013 Ford Taurus at Gravity. They have had my car over 30 days and still have not sent my payoff to my bank. The finance and accounting managers make false statements and do not return calls. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and will NEVER buy from them again.
