I came in to look at this vehicle. I got a weird vibe off the salesman it seemed like he didn't want to help me. I was able to test drive the car and noticed that there were a BUNCH OF SRACTHES AND A LONG SCRAP ON THE DRIVER SIDE I asked if the car had been in a accident he said no but when we looked at the carfax it in fact was. I live about 3 hours away so did most of the negotiation over the phone over the course of 2 days. Sales person was arrogant and rude, but we decided on a price. However when i make the trip the car looked WAY better in the pictures online then in person. The interior was filthy(food spilled and sticky!) and wheels were curbed, paint had deep scratches and swirl marks, none of that was visible in the photos. Told me they had the car. I asked for a few more pictures but after two days they were giving me the run around to even try to get an additional picture. Not sure if they even still had the car. I purchased elsewhere.
Car is still showing “for sale” but has been sold and is not on the lot.
I didn't think they made me and my son feel comfortable. We liked the car and asked them about financing. My son completed an application using his SS# and they pulled both his credit and mine. I am not sure why they pulled my credit even though we have the same name since but I did not give them my SS#. I checked with the credit bureau and there is no record on mixing up our credit files. He has since purchase a car using his own credit without any mix-up with my credit files.
Received a professional response, unfortunately, one of the highest dealer's fees could only be benefited if I lived in the state of the dealership. The dealer did not want to remove or negotiated. The salesman said he would call back and he never did.
I was coming down to see car, salesman let me know when I’m traveling from STL to ATL halfway there and tell me someone else is looking at the vehicle and they bought the car. Poor communication maybe then done me a favor.
Said the car was sold then emailed days later and said they had the car. Sketchy
Stated the car was sold. Should have been removed from the site upon selling.
