I don't think I would recommend this builder.
I am not happy about Grayhawk homes. I was late (2 weeks) on sending in warranty issues after 1 year to them. I sent Melissa a e-mail with the forms attached. Not only did the not do anything they never responded back. I never picked my house apart with little issues through out the year. I did find one upstairs bed room window that will not open or close. Grayhawk was not professional to follow up with my final walk through. They sold me the house and left me high & dry with minor repairs remaining.
The status on the sidewalk is as followed: sidewalk was laid about two ago as of today the grass has not been replaced. How long will it take to replace the grass? I am very dissatisfy with this project.
I'm having issues with the craftsmanship.
Working with Grayhawk Homes was a horrible experience from day one.
The constant threats and changing the terms of contract were constant. The rudeness and attitude of Roseanne Erickson was extremely unprofessional
