There were some verbal agreements made between my Realtor and Grayhawk Homes. Grayhawk Homes did not keep to their verbal agreement because it was not listed in the contract.
I feel that the builders should have taken a little more care. The builder could've taken better care tidying up.
They need to do a better job following up behind contractors and ensuring quality.
It is hard to recommend a builder when one of their employees tells us we didn’t “pay for quality work”! That is not something a new homeowner wants to hear when they spend $260,000 on a house.
Once Mrs. Rozanne Erikson, Dan or David get my name, they will pretty much know why.
They don't even deserve a one star. Worst company we have ever dealt with. Before making a big purchase, I advise doing your research with other qualified builders in the area. My house is a piece a crap and half put together. There was still blue tape present in the home the day we moved in. The warranty guys are liars and they half do things. Would never recommend to anyone. Iv had many friends ask me about homes to buy and I would never recommend this headache to them. This isn’t J Ramirez this is his wife.
The problem is that there's no local contact to address the issues immediately. That is a big problem. Everything is done by email, and nobody responds. It's very frustrating. For example, we moved into the house and on day-1 the air-conditioner was not working. They never filled it with freon. We got no response from the numbers they gave us, so we had to call and independent guy because we were in the house and there was no heat or air-conditioning. There was no freon. Change order charges are ridiculouse and irritating. If you are sticking with change orders then going over blue prints without giving a copy to the homeowner to review is not right. No house dimensions etc. Is bad.
