I bought a 240,000 dollar home. I expected there to be a higher quality of workmanship. Looking at the home, I see a lot of nicks and dings. The walls are okay, but all of the trimming around the doors is all nicked and dinged. You have got to be kidding me. This is the standard upon what we are building houses on and it's very disappointing. the customer service is HORRIBLE, and they have a lack of response
No I don’t think we will be recommending Grayhawk Homes, certainly not to our friends. We submitted our 45 day list to be addressed and have heard nothing from them. Also, there were three items given to Anthony and Lester on the final walk thru that was supposed to be done before closing. None of them have been done and we could have stopped the closing on that basis but took them at their word that they would take care of the items and proceeded anyway, my bad!! The process was sporadic. There were items that were not completed that could have held up closing.
