Prices were reasonable but you get what you pay for. Grayhawk needs to improve their vetted process of who they let work on there houses. Some of the subcontractors did not do good jobs and Grayhawk doesn't seem to care.
I was satisfied with everything Grayhawk home did for me.
They completed the project in a timely fashion. They gave options on things that could be used or upgrades that could be done.
The whole process was easy.
The quality of the home is good. The features of the home are also great.
We love our new home!

We found Grayhawk by searching online. Their website was more comprehensive than others in the area which meant we had access to more information. The fact that they had a model home was a huge bonus because we could feel how solid the homes were built before we embarked on a build.
