I was very happy with the new homeowner's orientation, simply because they identified some upkeep tips that I wasn't aware of, so I felt more informed after the orientation.

I knew of the area and the agents I had dealt with in the past. When I was in line to build my first house I chose them and the real estate agent that they had at the model house. The whole Grayhawk team made everything smooth and welcoming. They made my first home purchase a brilliant one.

The agent for Grayhawk homes was very unproffessional and not helpful. The quality of the trim work in our homes is well below par. I would not pay what I did for the home knowing now what I know.

Jim Jordan the real estate agent was awesome. Steve Lake in mortgages is outstanding.

They were very organized and when they found problems they were addressed such as a deficiency found on the back patio. They re-poured the concrete the same day. They are just very efficient.
