I am the most satisfied with the overall property, design and layout.
We were most satisfied with their timeliness during the building process. They stuck to the original date that we had agreed upon. They were also accommodating by allowing us to pick out the features that we wanted or if there were changes we wanted to make to the floorplan.
I was most satisfied with the process itself and that they did a punch list. There was interaction and agreement on things that needed to be fixed and then they were fixed.
