Working with the Great American Floors team was a DREAM! They handled the process start-to-finish both professionally and efficiently. Their large collection of samples made selecting the right floor a breeze, and then they finished the installation faster than we anticipated which was such a luxury. I couldn't recommend them more!
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! We had a very specific LVP flooring and underlayment we wanted installed. First visit to the Sandy Springs store was enjoyable and no pressure to use another brand or style. When Raquel visited our condo she was friendly, professional and very thorough. WOW! My husband and I were moving into our new house and wanted to get our hardwood floors done before moving in. Steve was so helpful in guiding us through the process and working with us to pick out options that fit our budget. He also was so kind and stopped by the house after the installation to make sure everything was done right. We LOVE our new floors and will continue to come to Great American Floors for any future project.

We have used Great American in the past and Steve Williams did a great job once again. The estimate and measurements were spot on and the installers were on time, polite and thorough. We would definitely recommend Great American and look forward to using them again.
